Refund policy
Effective October 26, 2026
We want every order to arrive as promised. Contact us as soon as possible if something is wrong or your plans change.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have been packed, personalized or handed to the carrier. Contact us with the order reference as soon as possible.
Food products
For food-safety reasons, olive oil and herb salt cannot normally be returned after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within seven days and include photographs of the product and packaging. We will replace it or issue an appropriate refund.
Adopt-a-Tree packages
An adoption may be cancelled within 14 days if work on the personalized plaque, certificate, bottles, video or other custom materials has not begun. Once personalized work has started, that portion of the package is non-refundable. Damaged or missing physical items remain eligible for replacement or refund.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Stripe and the customer’s bank control the final posting time, which is commonly five to ten business days.
