Shipping policy

When orders ship

Orders placed now are scheduled to ship shortly before Christmas 2026. We will contact you if weather, harvest timing or international transport materially changes that schedule.

Shipping charges

US shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. For orders under $150, shipping is $20 when the basket contains olive oil and $5 when it contains only herb salt.

Physical Adopt-a-Tree packages include US shipping. The Tree digital adoption has no physical shipment and is delivered by email.

Delivery and tracking

We send tracking information when it is available. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs or weather. Please provide a complete delivery address and contact us promptly if it needs to change.

Problems in transit

If a package arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, keep the packaging and contact us within seven days with the order reference and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
